Thomas-Olivier Léautier lectured in May 2009 to leaders of professional firms in the Midi Pyrénées region on: "Ethics and economics for professional firms".

The lecture was organized by the Union of Professional Firms in Midi Pyrénées, as part of its training program. Other lecturers included Michel Rocard, former prime minister of France. 


Drawing from his professional experience, Thomas-Olivier Léautier argued that ethical and economic imperative are actually self-reinforcing: the most successful professional firms are highly ethical.  His remarks will appear in the human ressources magasine.
