| Study on risk management in the aeronautics supply chain |

Thomas-Olivier Léautier, partner of the Fezembat Group, and colleagues at the University of Toulouse recently completed a risk management study of the risks facing aeronautics suppliers in the new "risk sharing" contracts. The study, financed by the french government, identified key risks faced by the suppliers, quantified them, and proposed risk management solutions. Its recommendations are currently being reviewed for implementation not only by suppliers, but also by financial institutions (e.g., Banque de France, OSEO) and the regional and central governments, that can provide financial guarantees.
