In-house Learning Programs We develop and deliver in-house learning programs, where we support internal teams in acquiring and applying specific skills and mindsets. Examples include skills related to risk-adjusted project appraisal, stakeholder management, and embedding sustainability concepts into company strategy and operations. Areas of particular specialization include: risk management for energy-intensive industries, managing risks in a supply chain, and social and political risks in emerging markets.
Targeted Advice We offer targeted advice on specific issues related to the demands of our clients. These include advice on setting up systems for risk analysis and control, developing a country entry strategy that is risk-tested, tools to handle risks that have already materialised, and methods for creating a risk-aware culture within organizational units.
Analytical Services We use our expertise in mathematical modeling, the deep country knowledge and set of heuristics derived from years of active risk management, and the judgement of our team of experts, to provide customized analytical services to our clients.
